Enjoy a variety of Christmas activities at Nyborg Library, including exploring the Christmas forest and attending creative workshops.

Visit the Christmas Cabin in the Christmas Forest
Here you can experience the magical bookcase, lift the receiver of the old telephone and hear who answers, listen to Christmas stories, admire the beautiful Christmas tree, search for hidden things and solve a Christmas riddle to enter the draw for a book prize (draw on December 20th). The Christmas Cabin is open every day during Nyborg Library's opening hours.
Tuesday, November 26th
16:00-16:30: Christmas stories and elf fun with the Library Elf Frigge.
Saturday, November 30th
10:00-19:00: Visit the Christmas Cabin in the Christmas Forest.
10:00-19:00: Christmas crafts for children. We provide materials to make beautiful Christmas decorations so you can get into the Christmas spirit.
10:00-12:00: Take a ride on an Icelandic horse.
11:00-11:30: Concert with Nyborg Culture School.
11:00-13:00: Meet the Christmas owls from Uglernes Verden. Try holding a real, live owl and take a picture with it.
11:30-13:30: Workshop for children: Make recycled Christmas decorations.
Sunday, December 1st
10:00-17:00: Visit the Christmas Cabin in the Christmas Forest.
10:00-17:00: Christmas crafts for children. We provide materials to make beautiful Christmas decorations so you can get into the Christmas spirit.
13:00-16:00: Sew beautiful gift bags for your Christmas presents. The gift bags can be reused year after year and are thus a beautiful and sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. The workshop is for adults and children who can handle a sewing machine.

10:00-17:00: Find the children's book characters! The well-known characters from children's books have run away. Help us find them and get a small reward.
13:00-14:00: Join us in singing in Christmas. Anders Hornshøj plays the piano as we invite children and adults to sing together Christmas songs, so we can really get into the Christmas spirit.
